CONFIDENCE PERFORMING ARTS ACADEMY
Flourish was born out of something I didn’t plan—but couldn’t ignore.
As a Junior High and High School music teacher, I stepped into the classroom expecting to teach music. But over time, I found myself doing something much deeper. Students weren’t just coming to learn—they were coming with questions, struggles, identity issues, nutrition questions, and a desire to be seen and understood.
What started as conversations turned into mentorship. Mentorship turned into discipleship. And before I knew it, I was spending more time pouring into hearts than I was teaching notes.
And I love it.
I’ve been doing this for years. Walking alongside women, moms, students, helping them navigate friendships, identity, nutrition, confidence, and faith. But there came a point where I knew this wasn’t just something I did… it was something I was called to build.
Flourish is the result of that calling.
This program is designed to create a space where young ladies and women can grow—spiritually, emotionally, and personally. Through mentorship that is rooted in discipleship, we focus on building confidence through Christ, strengthening character, developing communication, and cultivating meaningful relationships.
This isn’t about having it all together.
It’s about growing, becoming, and learning how to truly flourish.
My Story
My name is TiaMarie Arnold, and I am the founder of Confidence Christian Mentorship and Performing Arts Academy.
I am an ordained pastor, licensed minister, certified nutrition coach, and music educator with a deep passion for discipleship and personal growth. I currently teach at Faith Academy Bellville and over the years, my classroom became more than a place of instruction—it became a place of mentorship, guidance, and transformation.
I’ve had the privilege of walking closely with students during some of the most important and formative seasons of their lives. Through those experiences, I’ve seen firsthand the impact of intentional mentorship rooted in truth, relationship, and consistency.
My heart is to help individuals grow in every area of their lives—spirit, soul, and body—so they can walk in true confidence that is rooted in Christ.
Flourish is an extension of that heart.
